What do you need from us?
Access to the site, admin or read-only access to the network gear, and someone who knows the history of the setup.
Will the audit interrupt our work?
Mostly no. Mapping and inventory do not affect anyone. Throughput tests load the network, so we schedule those outside busy hours.
How long does an audit take?
It depends on the size of the site and how well documented it is. We give an estimate once we know the scope.
Do you carry out the fixes too?
We can, or we can hand the plan to your IT provider. The report is yours either way.
