3. The website quote form

The website quote form at cloudsagency.co/services/web-design/quote is a set of questions that helps you describe the website you need. This is what it collects and what happens to it:

• ◆Your answers: the choices and notes you enter about your business, your current site and what you want built. While you answer, they are saved only in your own browser. They reach us only when you send your plan.
• ◆Contact details: your name and email address, and a phone number if you choose to add one. We ask for these to send you your plan and reply to you.
• ◆Domain and site checks: if you type a website name or the address of your current site, our server looks it up to see whether a name looks available and what your site is built on. The results are saved with your plan.
• ◆Context from your link: if you arrived through a link we sent you, the name or business on that link, plus the page you came from and any campaign tags in the address.
• ◆Your plan: when you send your answers, we store a plan and email you a private link to it. Anyone with that link can open the plan, so treat it like a password and do not share it if you do not want others to see it.
• ◆Your IP address: used for a short-lived limit on repeat requests that protects the site from abuse. It is not saved with your plan.

We use this information to prepare your plan, to reply to you and to follow up on it. A person at our studio reads each plan. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

We keep a plan and its contact details until we delete them, so you can come back to your plan through the emailed link. To ask us to delete your plan and details, email contact@cloudsagency.co with the subject line “Privacy Request” from the address you used in the quote form. If you only want to clear what is saved in your own browser, clear this site's data in your browser settings.

Information you provide is used solely to:
