Accessibility Statement
Last updated: January 2025
Our Commitment
Clouds Agency is committed to making our website accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What We Are Doing
We actively work to make our site accessible through the following measures:
- ◆Semantic HTML structure to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
- ◆Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements.
- ◆Alt text on all meaningful images and decorative images marked appropriately.
- ◆Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements including navigation, forms, and buttons.
- ◆Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements for keyboard users.
- ◆Responsive design that works across mobile, tablet, and desktop screen sizes.
- ◆Videos embedded from YouTube or Vimeo retain their native caption and accessibility features.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas of our site may not yet meet all criteria. These include complex animation sequences in our hero sections that cannot be fully paused via keyboard alone. We are actively working to improve these areas. Third-party embedded content (such as video players from YouTube or Vimeo) may have accessibility limitations outside of our direct control.
Technical Specifications
This website was built using Next.js and relies on the following technologies for accessibility compliance: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA where appropriate. The site is intended to be compatible with the following assistive technologies: screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom up to 200%.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter a barrier or need content in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility requests within 5 business days.
