What to have ready

None of this is required to send a message. It just makes the first reply more useful.

  • The goal, who it is for and where it will play.
  • For a website, what you sell and what the current site gets wrong.
  • For social media, your handles and what you want from them.
  • For studio IT or TPN work, what content you handle and who asked for TPN.
  • A rough timeline, and a budget range if you have one. You do not need a finished brief.

How quickly will I hear back?

We reply within one business day. A person on our team reads every message, so the reply comes from someone who read yours.

Should I use this form or the intake form?

Use this form when a few lines will do. The intake form takes about 3 to 5 minutes and suits a bigger project, because it asks about services, budget and timeline up front. For a website, the website quote form takes about four minutes.

Do you publish prices?

No. The cost depends on the scope, so we send a written quote after a short call that lists what is included. On social media, ad spend goes straight to the platform and is billed separately from our fee.

What do you do with what I send?

We use it to reply to you. Your information stays confidential and there is no commitment. The privacy policy has the details.
