What do you need to know before you spec the suite?
Your delivery formats, resolutions and codecs, how many colorists work at once, and the room. Tell us which monitors you already own.
Can you calibrate monitors we already have?
Usually yes. We check the signal path and calibrate to the target you deliver in. Some older displays do not hold calibration well, and we will tell you if yours is one of them.
Will we have to stop work during the setup?
For part of a day, typically, when we swap the signal chain or move projects onto the database. We schedule around active jobs and keep the old setup in place until the new one is checked.
Who buys the equipment?
It is bought in your name. We write the spec and can handle ordering and installation, and you keep the documentation.
Do you support Resolve after setup?
We can stay available for updates and troubleshooting, or leave your team a written guide to the setup.
